How one handles suffering says a lot about the renewal of the mind. Paul describes the renewed approach to suffering in Romans 12:12 above. When we are renewed in the mind by the Spirit of God, God increases our work ethic. Our hearts beat to do the will of God and we begin to see the harassed and helpless that Jesus saw. May the Lord kindle a passion for His kingdom today.
